Moxie & Connor

Couple yrs ago I daycared a Boxer named Moxie for about 5 months. Needless to say, I became so attached to Moxie that it broke my heart when he moved to Colorado with his owners. He is now in a great place hiking in the cascades and playing with his sister. My Connor & Moxie loved each other as the following pictures will show. As the time came near when I would no longer be daycaring Moxie, Connor came down with Valley Fever . Connor layed so weak from V.F. that he could no longer play like they use to ... So Moxie would just lay beside Connor and I caught this picture of the two. Connor survived the 9 month bout of V.F. But year 2004 he got into rat poisoning ... but that's another story...
